              Gravesend and District Historical Society has been established to record and preserve the history and artifacts of the Gravesend community.

The aims of our Society is to promote the history of Gravesend and District, in conjunction with the museum.

  Gravesend is a small village situated on the North West Slopes of New South Wales.  The District is a mixed farming area consisting of Cattle, Sheep with crops of Wheat, Barley and Sorgum being grown
